The Ginger Pig

Ingredients:
5cc’s of Pig's Nose Whisky
5cc's of Fresh Ripe Lime Juice
Quality Ginger Beer
Ice Cubes
A Slice of Lime
A chilled high ball glass

Directions:
Tenderise the limes by rolling on a wooden surface and extract the juice. Pour the lime juice over ice cubes in the chilled high ball glass. Add Pig's Nose whisky, slowly pour ginger beer.
